CoCap offers three Pro plans: ₹299/month, ₹999/6-month and ₹1,499/year. All unlock unlimited Priya sessions, unlimited call time, room hosting, and Pro features until the plan's expiry date. We also offer one-time add-on passes (Resume Pro ₹99, Interview Prep ₹149, Live Access ₹99), each valid 30 days. Plans do not auto-renew — you are never charged again without starting a new purchase.
All purchases on CoCap are final and non-refundable. This applies to every Pro plan, add-on pass and Priya add-on. Once a purchase is completed, the amount paid cannot be refunded, in part or in full.
You acknowledge this no-refund policy with a checkbox before every payment.
Because purchases are final, every new account gets a 7-day free Pro trial — full Pro access, no card required. Use the trial to decide whether Pro is right for you before paying anything. When a plan expires it simply returns to Free; you never lose your data, streaks, or CapCoins.
Since plans do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges — simply don't renew. You can stop using Pro features any time; your access remains until the paid period ends.
If a payment fails but money was deducted, it is auto-reversed by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days. For a duplicate charge, contact us and we will refund the extra amount promptly.
